Description

The 2011 Australian SME Banking Forum focussed on the key trends in the SME market. The Forum aimed to provide the attendees from the banking industry with a better understanding of the unique requirements of the SME market and what their SME clients need and want from their bank. At a time when consumer confidence continues to be affected given the global economy and turbulence of the financial markets It is more important than ever for the banking industry to understand their clients and their requirements.

The 2011 programme was developed in consultation with key industry stakeholders from the Australian SME Banking Council.  This event provided a unique opportunity for the industry to discuss the challenges that lie ahead and provide valuable insight into a changing market.
